Meat Loaf From: Linda Lewis Thompson Category: Entrée MeatLoaf Mix -> 2lbs. ground beef & 1 lb. Pork Half Cup Heinz Ketchup 3 T Barbeque Sauce (Montgomery Inn) 1 Egg Half sleeve crushed soda crackers 1 small onion, diced 1 Pkg. Knorr French onion soup mix Salt, Pepper, and seasoning (to taste) Mix all ingredients together well and place in Meatloaf pan. Spread a layer of Ketchup accross the top of the loaf. Cover with foil, cut slits in the foil. Bake for 1.5 to 1.75 Hours @ 350 degrees, removing the foil for the final Half Hour. Let sit until cool to remove from pan, otherwise it will not stay together!
