Sausage Roll-Ups From: Linda Lewis Thompson Category: Snack 1 package Bob Evans Original Sausage 1 package Bob Evans Italian Sausage 4 containers of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls 15 oz. sharp cheese (shredded) 1 small sweet onion (chopped fine) Mix sausage & onion together thoroughly Open crescent rolls and divide them into rectangles of 4 triangles each Press sausage mixture onto each rectangle section Layer the cheese on top of each rectangle Roll up each rectangle (jelly roll style) Place in refrigerator 1 hour Remove from refrigerator Cut each rectangle into individual slices Place slices on greased cookie sheet Bake @ 400 for aprox. 15 minutes (until the roll slices are golden brown)
